We're excited that "Forest of Hands and Teeth" author CARRIE RYAN will be visiting us from Charlotte, North Carolina to read from and discuss her latest book, "The Dead-Tossed Waves".
YA Not? is a literary salon for not-so-young- adults who love reading and discussion YA literature. Join us for the conversation. There will be zombie donuts to snack on, and books to buy and have signed by the author!

Sigh. Whenever the subway makes you cranky, just remember the great parts of your city...like literary salons called YA Not? Thinking of starting my own literary salon on the farm in Iowa...
I wish I could go! I'm dying to read The Dead Tossed Waves.
I know. I'm completely spoiled.
But then I visit my friends in the suburbs and I'm like, "What?! You have a washer/dryer INSIDE your house?! Oh yeah, you get stuff like that out here"--it's a trade off.
I just bought The Forest of Hands and Teeth last Thursday - I can't wait to read it. I wish I lived close enough to go.
Ooh...lucky Gatekeeper. Can't wait to read The Dead Tossed Waves.
